What’s Included:

• Initial Consult / Intake (60 minutes): Start your journey with a comprehensive consultation where we dive deep into your health history, current challenges, and your unique goals. This session sets the foundation for your personalized plan. 

• Five 60-Minute Sessions: Each session is designed to keep you on track, provide expert guidance, and make necessary adjustments to your plan. You’ll meet with me twice in the first month and then once a month thereafter to ensure you’re progressing towards your goals.

• Ongoing Support: Get the support you need, when you need it. With 2 Voxer communications or 2 emails per week, you’ll have direct access to me for questions, motivation, and adjustments to your plan as you navigate your health journey.
